Development of a program of the clinival pharmacology on internal management to progress practical ability

基于失败模式和影响分析，我们分析了与药物治疗过程中的内部管理相关的可能的风险行为。结果，我们规定了剂量和签名的确认，药物相互作用的观察和药物效果的观察。根据这3个具体的风险行为，我们对2012年的护生进行了如下调查。内容为药品指征在内部管理中的实际使用情况。结果护生对药物的剂量、签名、药物与适应症的相互作用等进行了确认。但大部分学生没有达到药效观察技能，因此，我们建立了系统的教育，以提高实践能力。讲授护生实际用药适应症的方法和3种特定风险行为的管理。也就是要教会他们把内部管理做好，为病人做好最后的实践。

We analyzed possible risk actions relating internal management along the medication process based on the failure mode and effects analysis. As the result, we specified confirmation of dosage and signature, observation ofdrug's interaction and observation of drug effects. According to these 3 specified risk actions, we investigated nursing students in 2012 as follows. The content was the state of practical use of indication for drug in internal management. As the result, nursing students confirmed the dosage, signature and drug's interaction with the indication for drug. But most of them didn't reach the observation skill of drug effects.Therefore we established systematical education to progress practical ability. It is to instruct nursing students the method of practical use of indication for drug and the management of 3 specified risk actions in the lectures. And it is to teach them to practice internal management appropriately for patients on the final practice.
