Development and application of a risk sensitivity assessment form for novice nurses

本研究旨在建立一套自我评估表，供初诊护士客观评估其风险敏感度，并用于临床安全教育。根据新护士经历的事件和事故，明确风险敏感性的倾向和导致这些事件和事故的过程，并通过可视化的临床护理案例来评估风险敏感性。根据一项涉及风险管理人员的调查结果，我们还准备了一些项目，新手护士可以通过遵循风险感知、意识和避免的每个过程来评估他们的风险敏感性，包括观看视频。

This study aimed to develop a self-assessment form that novicenurses can use to objectively evaluate their risk sensitivity, and utilize it in the education of clinical safety. Based on incidents and accidents experienced by novice nurses, we clarified the tendency of risk sensitivity and process leading to such incidents and accidents, and visualized clinical nursing cases to evaluate risk sensitivity. Based on the results of a survey involving risk managers, we also prepared items that novice nurses can use to evaluate their risk sensitivity by following each process of risk perception, awareness, and avoidance involving watching a video.
