本研究では、上級日本語学習者でも運用が困難な日本語のヴォイス表現を理論化・モデル化し、用法基盤モデルに基づいて映像教材を作成することで、言語研究を教育現場に活かすための方策の一例を提示することを目的としていた。平成24年度はこれまでの研究成果を踏まえて映像教材のサンプルを作成し、その効果について検証実験を行う予定であった。(1)現代小説の対訳本(日本語・英語・韓国語・中国語のパラレルコーパス)調査日本語の現代小説『博士の愛した数式』『容疑者Xの献身』の対訳データベースを作り、各言語間におけるヴォイス表現の対応関係を調査する予定であった。韓国語・中国語訳については作業が完了しており、英語訳については『容疑者Xの献身』のみ作業が完了している。(2)会話コーパスの分析国立国語研究所の『日本語話し言葉コーパス』の入手手続きを進めているところである。(3)映像教材(サンプル)の作成・(4)映像教材(サンプル)の効果の検証上記(3)、(4)の計画については夏期休暇中に研究を進める予定であった。現在は映像教材(サンプル)として使用する場面(30～50程度)の選定を行っている途中である。また、これまでの研究成果の一部については、2012年6月16日に南ソウル大学校で開催された韓国日語日文学会(2012夏期国際学術大会)において口頭発表を行った。本研究プロジェクトは、私(研究代表者)が国外の大学に移ることになったため平成24年度途中で廃止することになったが、今後もこの研究自体は続けていきたいと考えている。
