Mentoring skills and popularization of teaching portfolios in the colleges of technology

“回顾你的教育活动，用你对它们的描述作为证据来支持仔细选择文件”被称为“教学档案”。在本研究中，为了在技术院校中推广教学档案，我们出版了一本书，并举办了研讨会。因此，我们成功地增加了编写教学档案的人数和引进这些档案的教育机构的人数。我们还澄清了导师所需的技能，并验证了创建教学档案所产生的效果，以及这些效果是否持续。

"Looking back on your educational activities and using your descriptions of them as evidence to support the careful selection of documents" is called a "teaching portfolio." In this study, a book has been published and workshops held in order to popularize teaching portfolios among colleges of technology. As a result, we have succeeded in increasing the numbers of people preparing teaching portfolios and of educational institutions introducing them. We have also clarified the skills required by mentors and verified the effects that the creation of teaching portfolios have had, as well whether these effects have been sustained.
