项目摘要

学生による大学授業の評価調査結果からから具体的な授業改善に結びつく情報を得る手段として、過去の調査データとの比較とTeac hing Portfolioを参照するという方法を検証した。1研究室単位で運用可能なダウンサイズした教授・学習評価支援システムをもちいて、授業評価調査をマークシー卜で簡便に日常的に実施できるようになり、実際に200名規模の授業3クラスで実施、授業準備段階と実施とその評価を行った。その結果、トピックごとの授業の満足度を推移データとして比較することで、次期の授業に向けて、教材改善と授業設計に効果的に生かせた。また、学期末の総括的授業評価調査(45項目)では、最終学期での授業について飛躍的に良い評価を受けた項目が多くあり、日常的な授業改善の試みが全体として、効果のあったものであることを実証した。いずれも毎回の授業評価調査として実施するもので、授業期間終了時には、別途総括的評価も実施し、これらの関連をティーチング・ポートフォリオの資料として、授業内容・方法について、専門家に閲覧してもらい、評価を受けた。その結果、授業記録して有効な項目、内容を含んでおり、外部評価での資料として有効である。しかし、担当する全授業についてまとめることは、労力の面で非現実的である可能性もあることが指摘された。以上の成果は、長崎大学(全教員向けFDシンポジウム)、横浜国立大学(工学院教員向へシンポジウム)で報告し、広く意見を求めることができた。
