The study on international comparison about the socialization of care labor: in order to realize the welfare state of gender equity

为了考察日本护理劳动性别平等政策的前景，我们以瑞典作为指标进行了研究，瑞典被评价为性别平等的国家。我们以老年护理和儿童护理政策为重点，进行了实地调查，并通过与瑞典合作者的联合研究揭示了现状和挑战。本文试图比较当前日本的制度和政策，并分析导致两国差异的因素。瑞典的一项与照顾有关的政策，即家庭政策的形成，得到了核实，并与日本的政策进行了比较。已经取得了相当大的成功，这将对日本逐渐扩大其性别平等政策具有价值。

In order to examine the outlook for gender-equitable policy for care labor in Japan, we conducted research using Sweden, a country evaluated as a gender equal country, as an indicator. Focusing on elder care and child care policies, we conducted a field survey and revealed the current situation and challenges through the joint research with collaborators in Sweden. Attempts to compare the institutions and policies of current Japan were made, and factors leading to differences between the two countries were examined. One such policy relating to care in Sweden, that is, the formation of family policy, was verified and compared with Japan's policy. Considerable success has been obtained that it will become of value to Japan as it gradually expands its gender-equitable policy.
