Implementation of a Japanese model on Lesson Study/In-Service Teacher Training into Asian coutries

本研究发现，源自日本学校教师培训的课程研究方法，已影响到新加坡、印尼万隆等亚洲国家/城市发展高质素的教师教育。改进课程和教师教育的一些主要方面被指出：a) Kyozai-Kenkyu作为合作教师对学习主题的研究；b)改进课程计划，如引入学生预测和案例学生的概念，将其封闭为集中的目标学生。这些方面都受到日本课堂研究文化的显著影响，这种文化在日本学校中是共享的。

In this research it has revealed that Lesson Study approach originated by Japanese school based teacher training has been influencing to develop high quality teacher education in Asian country/city such as Singapore and Bandung, Indonesia. Some major aspects of improvement of lesson and teacher education are indicated a) Kyozai-Kenkyu as collaborative teachers research on learning topics and b) lesson plan improvement such as introducing students predictions and concept of the Case Student that is closed up as focused terget student. These aspects are significantly influenced by Japanese culture of Lesson Study that is shared among schools in Japan.
