Developing the child rearing support program for mothers' refreshment to reduce their childcare anxiety

(1)通过问卷调查，明确母亲对育儿支持计划的需求，以便实施该计划。(2)对日本及国外相关先进项目进行调研。(3)通过开展育儿支持试点项目，明确了参与母亲对育儿焦虑态度的变化。(4)举办了一个关于父亲养育子女的讲习班。(5)必须进一步研究与公共部门或非政府组织的合作。

(1) Needs of mothers for the child rearing support program were made clear by questionnaire in order to implement such program. (2) Related advanced programs in Japan and foreign countries were investigated. (3) Having conducted the pilot child rearing support program, we made clear the change of the attitude about child rearing anxiety of participant mothers. (4) A workshop on the child rearing for fathers was held. (5) Further research on the cooperation with public sector or NPOs has to be conducted.
