In fiscal year 2011, after researching on the history of traditional “jurisdiction” concept,I examined possibilities of a spatial expansion of the concept with reference to discussion of U.S. and the relationship between jurisdiction and non-state law. In fiscal year 2012, focusing on a qualitative expansion of the concept, I performed an analysis of whether “regime” have qualification as a jurisdiction with referring to the theory of Ge r ma ny. From the research of these, I have arrived at tentative conclusion that the discussion of a spatial expansion of the concept is meaningful, on the other hand, in regard to a qualitative expansion of the concept, while we need to develop the theory of regime law, it is likely that it exists potentially.

2011财年，在研究了传统“管辖权”概念的历史之后，我通过对美国以及管辖权与非国家法之间关系的讨论，考察了这一概念在空间上扩展的可能性。在2012财年，我着重对这一概念进行了定性的拓展，参照葛玛尼理论对“政权”是否具有管辖权资格进行了分析。从这些研究中，我得出了一个初步的结论，即讨论概念的空间扩展是有意义的，另一方面，关于概念的定性扩展，虽然我们需要发展制度律理论，但它很可能存在潜在的存在。
