英文摘要
Alteration of chromatin structure caused by DNA methylation and histone modifications is closely associated with higher-ordered biological processes including development, differentiation and diseases by regulating gene expression epigenetically. In this study, we employed a high-sensitive analytical method using mass spectrometry to identify some novel DNA modified bases in mammalian genomes. The chemical structure of one of them was determined.
