Development of Process Evaluation Index of Aimed To ImproveFunctional Status for Elderly Individuals Requiring Care

我开发了一个顺序的过程评价指标，旨在改善需要照顾的老年人的功能状态。笔者于2011年对20名社区综合支持中心专业人员和17名需要护理的老年人进行了工具性日常生活活动和日常生活活动的现状调查。从这个结果出发，我要对2012年A州13个镇1116名需要照顾的老年人进行过程评价指标的有效性验证。结果：6个区域护理预防方案及过程评价指标均具有标度相关效度。

I have developed a process evaluation index of order of with the aim to improve functional status of elderly individuals requiring care. To 20 community general support center professionals and 17 elderly individuals requiring care, I investigated the reality of instrumental activities of daily living and activities of daily living on 2011. From this result, I have to verify the validity of the process evaluation index for 1116 elderly individuals requiring care of 13 cities and towns Ａ prefecture on 2012. Results, criterion-related validity of the six area care prevention program and process evaluation index have been shown.
