移動平均モデルは応用可能なモデルが多いにもかかわらず自己回帰モデル(ARモデル)と比較して理論的な研究は分析の困難さもあってか、十分な研究が行われてこなかった。そこで、本研究では、移動平均モデルの漸近理論への貢献を目指し、近接単位根よりも収束のオーダーの小さい緩やかな乖離のある(Moderate Deviation)過程において係数パラメータの推定問題を考察した。Moderate Deviation過程は単位根の近傍でありもともとは、ARモデルに対してGiraitis and Phillips(2006)によって考えだされたものである。前年度(平成23年度)はTanaka(1990)で単位根検定のために提案されたスコア検定統計量のModerate Deviation過程のもとでの漸近特性に関して考察した。本年度(平成24年度)は、Moderate Deviation過程におけるパラメータの推定量に関する研究を行った。具体的には、条件付き最小二乗推定量の漸近分布を導出した。漸近分布は移動平均モデルの誤差項の初期値に依存しており、初期値がゼロの場合とゼロではない場合に場合分けされることを示した。初期値がゼロの場合は条件付き最小二乗推定量は最尤推定量と有限標本のもとでも一致することが知られているため、最尤推定量の漸近分布も初期値がゼロの場合には得られた。初期値がゼロの場合は、漸近正規性があるが、初期値がゼロではない場合は収束のオーダーに極限が依存し、3つの場合にわかれることがわかった。

Moving average is used to compare theoretical studies with difficulties in analysis. In this study, the contribution of moving averages to asymptotic theory is pointed out, and the estimation of coefficients in the process of Moderate Deviation is investigated. The Moderate Deviation Process: A Review of Giraitis and Phillips(2006) In the previous year (Heisei 23), Tanaka(1990) examined the asymptotic behavior of the Moderate Deviation process of the single-position root model. This year (2009), we conducted research on the process of Moderate Deviation. The asymptotic distribution is derived by the least squares method under specific conditions. The asymptotic distribution is dependent on the initial value of the error term of the moving average. In the initial stage, the least square method is used to calculate the quantity, especially the finite quantity. The initial value is not the case, the asymptotic regularity is not the case, the initial value is not the case, the limit is not the case, the initial value is not the case.
