项目摘要

本研究は研究サブテーマとして以下の4つを設け、本年度より派生展開的な新サブテーマ(5)を設けた。以下に各サブタイトルの成果を記す。(1)2010年夏季の西部北極海における植物プランクトンの水平分布2010年みらい北極航海にて採取した植物プランクトン試料を解析した。得られた結果をまとめ、IPY2012にてポスター発表を行った。さらに、「Horizontal distribution of microplankton community structure in the western Arctic Ocean during late summer of 2010」とした学術論文をPolar Biologyに投稿し、現在査読中である。(2)2010年夏季の西部北極海における動物プランクトンの水平分布2008および2010年みらい北極航海にて採集した動物プランクトン試料の検鏡を行った。得られた結果をまとめ、ASLOにて口頭発表を行った。今後は、2012年みらい航海の試料も解析する予定である。(3)西部北極海における動物プランクトンの摂餌生態2010年および2012年のみらい北極航海においてカイアシ類摂餌実験(計18回)によりデータを取得した。しかし、取得したデータだけでは「動物プランクトンによる植物プランクトンへの摂餌インパクトの評価」には不十分であるため、2013年6-7月のおしょろ丸北洋航海および9-10月のみらい北極航海にて引き続き実験を行う予定である。(4)チャクチ海における動物プランクトンサイズ組成の経年変動1991、1992、2007および2008年にチャクチ海で採集された動物プランクトン試料のOPC測定を行った。得られた結果をまとめ、タイトル「Biomass size spectra of mesozooplankton in the Chukchi Sea during summers of 1991/1992 and 2007/2008:an analysis by optical plankton counter」とした学術論文を執筆し、2nd ESSASの特集号(ICES Journal of Marine Science)に学術論文を投稿し、受理・印刷済みである。(5)セジメントトラップによって採集された動物プランクトン群集の季節変動西部北極海において2010年10月～2011年9月にかけてセジメントトラップにより採集された動物プランクトン試料の解析を行った。得られた結果を、3rd ESSASおよびISAR-3にて発表し、タイトル「Seasonal changes in mesozooplankton swimmers collected by sediment trap moored in the western Arctic Ocean」とした学術論文をJournal of Plankton Researchに投稿し、現在査読中である。

In this study, we will study the following 4 サブブテーマとしての4つをsettings and the new サブテーマ(5)をsettings that were developed in this year's より. The following are the results of each program. (1) Horizontal distribution of plant species in the Western Arctic Sea in the summer of 2010. Analyzes of plant species collected in the Arctic Ocean in the summer of 2010. The result of getting the result is をまとめ, and the ASLO にて oral 発 table を行った. From now on, the analysis of the 2012 Maritime Navigation Sample will be determined. (3)Western Arctic sea animal habitat ecology 2010 and 2012のみらいArctic Navigation においてカイアシkind"bait実験(18 episodes in total) によりデータをGet した.しかし、Get したデータだけでは「Animal プランクトンによるPlants that are not very goodるため, 2013 June-July のおしょろMaru Beiyang Sailing および9-October 9-October のみらいArctic Sailing にて cited き続き実験を行う曧ある. (4) チャクチ海におけるAnimal プランクトンサイズ composed of 1991, 1992, 20 07 および2008 にチャクチ海でCollection of されたanimal プランクトン sample OPC measurement を行った. "Biomass size spectra of mesozooplankton in the Chukchi Sea during summers of 1991/1992 and 2007/2008: an analysis by optical plankton counter", 2nd ESSAS's special issue number (ICES Journal of Marine Science) is for academic papers submission, acceptance and printing. (5) セジメントトラップによってCollection されたanimal プランクトンcluster seasonal changes in the Western Arctic Sea において 2010 From October to September 2011, にかけてセジメントトラップにより collected されたanimal プランクトン sample analysis and analysis.得られたRESULTSを、3rd ESSASおよびISAR-3にて発表し、タイトル「Seasonal changes in mesozooplankton swimmers collected by sediment trap moored in the western Arctic Ocean」とした Academic paperをJournal of Plankton Research has submitted an article, and it is being checked now.
