项目摘要

申請者は2013年5月31日より外国人特別研究員として日韓の市民社会ネットワーク構築を通した地域共同体の可能性の模索というテーマで研究を進めてきた。日本及び韓国の(特に歴史問題に関わる)市民社会ネットワークについての既存研究においては通時的な描写や一次元的・国家中心的な分析に焦点を合わせていたところ、本研究においてはこれらの既存研究におけるギャップを認識しつつ国家間の関係における市民社会及び世論の役割を分析する理論的な枠組みを提示することを目標とした。上記のような目的をふまえ、申請者は外国人特別研究員の任期にわたり下記のような研究活動を実施したところである。申請者は国際学術雑誌に2件の論文を公刊したとともに、学会の大会及び国際シンポジウムにおいて3件のペーパーの提出・発表を実施した。最初の論文は日韓歴史問題の原因と過程を国際政治理論的観点で分析したもので、日韓関係を説明するにあたって「象徴政治」理論の適切性と予測性を証明する研究である。日韓間の歴史問題は韓国の大衆と日本の政治エリート間の歴史事実解釈の衝突がその原因になっており、このような衝突は韓国と日本の政界、市民社会、そして利益集団が持っているそれぞれ異なるアイデンティティの衝突だと見ることができる。本論文は日韓歴史問題のメカニズムを明らかにすることによってこのような紛争の解決方法を提示したということにその意味があるといえる。二番目の論文は、日中韓の歴史問題が東アジア安保共同体形成に及ぼす影響に対して分析した論文である。本論文は東アジア安保共同体の形成と発展を阻害してきた最も根本的な理由として韓中日間の歴史および領土問題の持続および深化を挙げている。本研究は、日中韓の安保関係を分析するということにあって既存の国際政治学理論の限界点を提示すると同時に、日中韓安保協力関係が現在まで歴史および領土紛争によっていかなる影響を受けてきたかを実証的に分析したことにその意味がある。上に記述した二つの研究はすべて当初交付申請書に記載した大きなテーマと密接な関連があるテーマであり、日韓歴史問題関連研究において国際政治理論的接近と実証的分析を試みたことにその共通の意義を見出すことができる。

Applicant May 31, 2013 Special Fellow for Foreign Affairs Research on the possibility of establishing a regional community Japan and Korea This study aims to provide a theoretical framework for the analysis of the relationship between countries, civil society and the world. The purpose of the above note is to apply for the term of office of the Special Fellow for Foreigners. The applicant submitted 2 papers to the International Academic Journal, 3 papers to the General Assembly and 3 papers to the International Academic Journal. The first paper analyzes the cause and process of the Japanese-Korean history, explains the relevance of the Japanese-Korean relationship, and proves the relevance of the image politics theory. The history of Japan-South Korea relations is the cause of the conflict between the Korean public and Japan's politics, civil society and interest groups. This paper presents a solution to the problem of Japanese-Korean history. The paper analyzes the formation and influence of the security community in China and South Korea This paper focuses on the fundamental reasons for the formation and development of the security community and the persistence and deepening of the territorial problems in Korea. This paper analyzes the relationship between China and Japan in terms of the existing international political theory. The above description of the study of the first delivery of the application records the relationship between the two countries, the history of Japan and South Korea, the relationship between the international political theory, the analysis of the common meaning of the two countries
