Liposome-encapsulated hemoglobin(LEH) accelerates bronchial healing after pneumonectomy in the rats without or with preoperative radiotherapy

脂质体包裹血红蛋白（LEH）加速伤口愈合，LEH在肺切除术后无或术前放疗的支气管吻合口愈合中进行了测试。术后2天通过测定破裂压力和中性粒细胞、单核细胞和巨噬细胞的浸润来评估支气管吻合口愈合情况。接受LEH治疗的大鼠支气管破裂压高于未治疗的大鼠和术前放疗的大鼠。巨噬细胞在leh治疗的大鼠中显著突出，无论术前有无放疗。结果提示，无论术前有无胸部放疗，LEH均能改善大鼠支气管吻合口的机械强度和形态学。

Liposome-encapsulated hemoglobin(LEH) was reported to accelerate wound healing, LEH was tested in bronchial anastomotic healing after pneumonectomy without or with preoperative radiotherapy. Bronchial anastomotic healing was evaluated 2 days after surgery by determining the bursting pressure and infiltration of neutrophils, monocytes and macrophages. The bronchial bursting pressure was elevated in the rats receiving LEH eitherin untreated rats and in rats with preoperative radiation. Macrophage was significantly prominent in the LEH-treated rats regardless of the presence or absence of preoperative radiation. The results suggest that LEH may improve mechanical strength and morphological figures in bronchial anastomoses in rats regardless of presence or absence of preoperative radiotherapy to the chest.
