In this study, research results pertaining to (a) jobless people and (b) overseas workers were separately obtained. Subsequently, based on the results, the relationship between these two groups was analyzed to reveal the system embedded in local communities and kinship groups to cope with problems of labor and poverty caused by globalization. It became clear that a structure to cope with problems existed, in which two levels-global migration and the local labor problem-were closely linked.This study revealed that (a) there is a support system in local communities and kinship groups for jobless people affected by problems with labor and poverty, (b) overseas workers contribute to the support system by sending remittances, and (c) the support system is reinforced by the relationship between jobless people's future plans to work abroad and the homecomings of overseas workers.

在本研究中，分别获得了(a)失业人员和(b)海外工人的研究结果。随后，在此基础上，分析了这两个群体之间的关系，揭示了嵌入在当地社区和亲属群体中的制度，以应对全球化带来的劳动和贫困问题。很明显，一个解决问题的结构是存在的，在这个结构中，两个层面——全球移民和当地劳动力问题——是紧密相连的。本研究发现：(a)当地社区和亲属团体对受劳动和贫困问题影响的失业人员有支持系统，(b)海外工人通过汇款为支持系统做出贡献，(c)失业人员未来出国工作计划与海外工人回国之间的关系加强了支持系统。
