The purpose of this study is to clarify the Kobe city formation process on the japanese-foreigners mixed residential area during the Meiji period. Here we analyze the case of Taijiro Kodera, a samurai from the Sanda-han who became a millionaire by investing on land in Kobe city,after the opening of Kobe port. This study used several documents, such as the cadastral map made around 1888 and land registration book.Here we clarified what happened to Kodera after he moved from Sanda to Kobe, where Kodera had land, and how his land ownership situation changed. As a result, this study revealed that Taijiro Kodera had a strong impact on Kobe city formation process.

本研究的目的在于厘清明治时期神户城市在日侨混居区的形成过程。在这里，我们分析了一个名为小寺太次郎的案例，他是一名来自檀田的武士，在神户港开放后，他通过投资神户市的土地而成为百万富翁。本研究使用了1888年左右的地籍图和土地登记簿等文件。在这里，我们澄清了小寺从散田搬到神户后发生的事情，小寺在神户拥有土地，以及他的土地所有权情况是如何变化的。结果表明，小寺太次郎对神户城市的形成过程有强烈的影响。
