The purpose of this study is to discuss the importance of exercising the right of parentale authority concerning the joint administration of property. For that purpose, this study refers to the "delegation de l'autorite parentale" from the French system. (The system includes the possibility that a third party may exercise the parental authority.) As the result, it became clear that cohabitation itself should not grant one the right to administer the child's property. However, it tends to be taken into consideration when deciding whether or not "delegation-partage de l'autorite parentale" (the delegation system, with which parents as the "delegant", and the third party, "delegataire", share the parental authority) should be granted.

本研究旨在探讨共同财产管理中亲权行使的重要性。为此目的，本研究报告提到法国制度中的“家长授权”。(The（第三人可以行使亲权）。因此，同居本身显然不应赋予一方管理子女财产的权利。然而，在决定是否应授予“父母授权”（父母作为“代表”和第三方“代表”分享亲权的授权制度）时，往往会考虑到这一点。
