相対代数的K理論の研究を行った。スキームXとその閉部分スキームDのペア(X,D)を考える。興味の対象は、K理論スペクトラム間のK(X)からK(D)への標準写像のホモトピーファイバーK(X,D)である。[Relative $K_0$ and relative cycle class map]ではDがアフィンの時にK_0(X,D)の構造を完全複体の言葉で記述し、応用としてモデュラス付きChow群CH_*(X|D)からK_0(X,D)の適当な部分商へのサイクル写像を構成し、これが全射であることを示した。また、このサイクル写像の核がトーションである証明のアイデアもある。高次の相対K群とモデュラス付き高次Chow群の関係は分かっていることは少ないが、Krishna氏との共著[Relative homotopy K-theory and algebraic cycles with moduli]にて、ホモトピーK理論（WeibelのKH理論）に関しては相対ホモトピーK理論KH(X,D)とモデュラス付きサイクル理論との関係を満足のいく形で確立することができた。すなわち、Atiya-Hirzebruch型のスペクトル系列が存在することを証明した。

The relationship between the high-order relative K group and the high-order Chow group is divided into two parts: the first part and the second part. Krishna's co-existence [Relative homotopy K-theory and algebraic cycles with moduli] is related to the second part and the third part of Weibel's KH theory. This proves the existence of the Sunawaki and Atiya-Hirzebruch type of scooter series.
