今年度は， 昨年度実施したCOVID-19禍での生活に関する追加調査の分析を進め，COVID-19禍での体調変化の有無による生活状況や約6.5年前の心身特性について検討した．また対象地域の高齢者特性の把握に向けて要介護認定状況を検討した．主な結果を以下に記す．・COVID-19禍での体調変化では，ゆううつ感の増加が特徴的であったため，ゆううつ感が増加した人（増加群）と変化のなかった人（維持群）による分析を行った．COVID-19禍以前の心身状況では，増加群はCES-Dで抑うつ傾向をみとめた人数割合が，維持群に比べ有意に高く（40.0％ vs. 3.5％，p＝0.011），健康関連QOL（SF-36）の体の痛み（65.7±24.5　vs. 84.4±17.6，p＝0.031）や活力（60.6±21.1 vs. 77.7±14.9，p＝0.053）得点は，維持群に比べ有意に低値か低値傾向であった．抑うつ傾向，体の痛み，疲労感は，災禍での不調に関連することが示された．・COVID-19禍での前向きな変化を捉える「新しく始めた活動や習慣がある」の項目や，過去の経験の反映を捉える「過去に今より大変な時代があった」と回答した人は，有意ではなかったものの維持群で多い傾向であった．幼少期の苦境の振り返りが高齢期の災禍での生活に関連する可能性を伺わせた．・対象地域の要介護認定状況について，厚生労働省介護保険状況報告を用いた検討から近年要支援1の動向に特徴がみられること（2018年頃からの増加傾向），約5年間の追跡調査から要介護認定の発生に移動要因が関与する可能性を示した．
