本研究の目的は、17世紀オランダ絵画受容の黎明期である18世紀において、17世紀絵画がオランダ美術の典型としていかに規範化され蒐集され鑑賞されたのかを、18世紀の国際美術市場とコレクション形成の文脈で考察することである。なかでも「農民画」に焦点を当て、オランダ風俗画の受容のあり方を分析する。本年度は8月末から9月にかけてオランダにおいて研究調査を実施した。アムステルダムの国立美術館、アムステルダム美術館、ハールレムのタイラルス美術館等において作品調査を行い、またハーグの国立美術史研究所、アムステルダム国立美術館の図書館等において作品・文献調査を行い、17世紀オランダの農民画、風俗画の評価の変遷とそれらを複製した18世紀の芸術（複製版画や複製素描）について考察を行なった。また3月には、明治学院大学にてシンポジウム「15-18世紀ネーデルラントとオランダ美術における複製／コピー」を開催し、自らも研究の成果の一部を発表し、ネーデルラント、オランダという地域に特有の芸術の創造とその評価の変遷において複製芸術が果たした役割をめぐり議論を行なった。自らの研究発表においては、農民画や風俗画など17世紀オランダ絵画が「17世紀美術の典型」として18世紀末に評価を高めていく過程を考察対象とし、18世紀末の複製素描がその評価を高めることに貢献した可能性を指摘した。このシンポジウムの講演内容は本学言語文化研究所の紀要（2023年度）に掲載の予定である。また、上記の18世紀末のオランダの複製素描に関しては研究成果の一部を論文にまとめ、論文集Kunst, Kennis and Kapitaal：Oude meesters op de Hollandse veilingmarkt 1670-1820に掲載することができた（詳細は「現在までの進捗状況」を参照）。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the early stage of art acceptance in the 17th century, the standardization of art models in the 18th century, and the context of the formation of the international art market in the 18th century. The focus of "peasant painting" should be analyzed according to the content of genre painting. This year's research was conducted from the end of August to September Works and literature research in the National Museum of Art, National Institute of Art History, National Museum of Art Library, 17th century peasant paintings, etc. Genre painting review and translation, reproduction, 18th century art (reproduction prints, reproduction drawings) In March, Meiji Gakuin University launched the "15th-18th Century Production and Development of Fine Arts," and some of the results of self-research were presented. The production and development of regional unique techniques were evaluated and transferred. The results of reproduction and development were discussed. Since the beginning of the study, peasant painting and genre painting have been reviewed as "typical of 17th century art" at the end of 18th century. The contents of this lecture are disclosed in the Proceedings of the Institute of Language and Culture of the University (2023). A paper on the results of the study of the late 18th-century reproduction of drawings in the book Kunst, Kennis and Kapitaal: Oude meesters op de Hollandse veilingmarkt 1670-1820 (see "Progress in the Present" for details).
