本年度は19世紀前半のウクライナ人作家としてのゴーゴリとシェフチェンコのアイデンティティ研究を、民族性の表象分析と党派性の側面から進展させた。特に、ゴーゴリの小説集『ミルゴロド』と、シェフチェンコの土地の表象化を行う詩の分析と比較を行った上で、政治的党派性といった社会・思想的側面からの考察に繋げることによりアイデンティティ形成に関わる要素の解明を進めた。2022年度ロシア文学会年次大会において研究成果を報告(2件)にまとめた。［研究報告］大野斉子「『ミルゴロド』におけるウクライナをめぐるゴーゴリの歴史認識」日本ロシア文学会第72回研究発表会　（専修大学、2022年）：『ミルゴロド』全編をゴーゴリと同時代のウクライナ社会における文化的コードに即して読解することにより、コサック滅亡のモチーフが各作品の通底音であることを指摘した。さらにゴーゴリの歴史認識や政治的党派性の分析と照らし合わせ、滅亡する民族集団としての表象化が、逆にロシア帝国におけるウクライナの文化的な存在意義を明確化する回路を開いたことを論じた。［研究報告］大野斉子「文学史から考えるウクライナとロシア－19世紀前半におけるウクライナの民族アイデンティティ構築とその背景」日本ロシア文学会第72回研究発表会　（専修大学、2022年）：政治的立場、階級、思想等の観点からゴーゴリ、マクシーモヴィチ、シェフチェンコなどの19世紀前半におけるウクライナ知識人を党派に分類し、それぞれのウクライナをめぐるビジョンを社会的観点と関連づけて整理した。ロシアへの同化に積極的なゴーゴリと、民族主義・分離主義的なシェフチェンコの対照性を指摘し、その背景に、ウクライナを把握する文学的枠組みや、思想的背景の相違があったことを論じた。
