本研究の最終年次にあたる2019年度は、国連平和維持活動に関して、(1) 派遣、(2) 要員提供、(3) 効果の大きく3つの視座から研究を遂行した。(1) 派遣：2018年度までの研究進捗を踏まえ、国連平和維持活動の派遣パターンを明らかにする分析を実施した。昨年度に引き続き、内戦レベルのパターンについては、主要先行研究のレプリケーション、およびUCDPデータセットに基づいた分析を精緻化した。また、国内の派遣パターンについては、スーダン第二行政区画レベルでの国連平和維持活動の地理分布データを収集し検証した。これら分析結果に関しては、第5回ORIS若手国際シンポジウム（2020年1月11日、早稲田大学）にて発表し、Lisa Hutlman先生からコメントをいただいた。(2) 要員提供：派遣パターンに加え、国連加盟国による要員提供パターンにも注目した。特に、ミッション中の犠牲者発生が要員提供パターンにどのように影響するかについて、独自のデータを使用し分析を実施した。これら分析結果に関しては、計量・数理政治研究会2019年度夏季ミーティング（2019年7月6日、早稲田大学）、日本国際政治学会2019年度大会（2019年10月18日、新潟）にて発表した。(3) 効果：2019年11月から12月にかけて約3週間ギニアビサウに滞在し、大統領選挙に向けた選挙キャンペーンやその投開票を観察した。また、2018年11月のインタビューに引き続き、国連ギニアビサウ統合平和構築事務所（UNIOGBIS）にて、昨今のギニアビサウ政治情勢を踏まえて、国連平和活動の効果測定に関するインタビューを実施した。インタビュー内容を含めたギニアビサウのケーススタディ、また本研究の初年次から進めている、国連平和維持活動文民部門による内戦犠牲者数への効果については、それぞれジャーナル投稿に向けて論文を執筆している。

The final year of this study is 2019. The study was conducted in relation to (1) dispatch,(2) provision of key personnel,(3) achievement of results, and (3) observation. (1)Dispatching: Research progress in 2018, and analysis of dispatching activities in the country Last year, the company introduced a series of internal and external research projects, and refined the basic analysis of UCDP data. The geographical distribution of the country's peace and maintenance activities in the second administrative region is documented. The fifth ORIS report (January 11, 2020, Waseda University) was published by Lisa Hutlman. (2)The key personnel are dispatched to the United States. In particular, in the case of the development of the problem, the key personnel provide information on the impact of the problem, and the analysis of the use of the problem is carried out independently. The results of this analysis were presented at the 2019 Summer Conference of the Institute of Metrology and Mathematical Politics (Waseda University, July 6, 2019) and the 2019 Annual Conference of the Japan Society for International Politics (Niigata, October 18, 2019). (3)Results: From November to December 2019, about 3 weeks after the election, the election of the Chief Executive will be held. In November 2018, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China issued a report on the implementation of the policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China (UNIOGBIS).
