项目摘要

本年もまた、(1)J.F.フリースの哲学の解明と再評価、(2)ショーペンハウアーの哲学の再構成、(3)19世紀ドイツ哲学史の再検討、の三つの柱に基づいて、以下の通り課題を遂行した。(1)フリース　　第一に、「物自体」概念の検討を行った。具体的には、『知識・信仰・予感』の記述に着目することで、フリースに認められるべき「物自体」に対する態度の両義性のうちに、フリースによる本概念の読み替えの試みと、「知的直観」の概念に対する批判的論点の存在を指摘した。　第二に、「真理感情」の概念の検討を行った。フリースは、「哲学的認識」の発見を支える契機として、「真理感情」という契機を重視するようになる。本研究では、哲学の対象の実践哲学への拡張に応じて、本概念に担わされるべき役割の見直しと重点化が図られていることを指摘した。(2)ショーペンハウアー　「物自体としての意志」を原理とした形而上学の成立を主題的に取り上げて、ショーペンハウアー哲学において「主観‐客観‐関係」という図式に認められる限界と、「物自体」概念に担わされている役割の変化を、テキストの記述に即して再構成した。(3)19世紀ドイツ哲学史　ヘーゲル学派や新カント派に対する対立軸を形成していた「フリース学派」および「新フリース学派」の内実に光を当てた。「フリース学派」の活動は、E.F.アーペルト（1812-1859）の活動によって代表されるが、その「哲学と自然科学の架橋」に重点を置き「帰納」の役割を重視した解釈姿勢は、同時代および後世のフリース理解に対して、一定の影響を残した。「新フリース学派」の活動は、レオナルト・ネルゾン（1882-1927）によって代表され、近年は科学思想史上の影響関係が指摘されている。ネルゾンの解釈は、フリースの「理性の自己信頼」という概念に光を当てて、形而上学的認識の根拠づけにおける主観的な側面を前景化させた。
