项目摘要

トリスタン・ツァラの作品における客観性と叙情的なものについて明らかにするため、彼のポエジーを同時代の人類学および言語学の観点から読み解くことを本年度の研究課題とした。作業は次のように進展した。まず人類学に関して、マルセル・ジュスの理論に注目した。アンリ・メショニックが『リズム批判』で取り上げているジュスであるが、1930年代に彼がソルボンヌ大学等で開いていた講義にフィリップ・スーポーが参加したり、アンドレ・ロラン・ド・ルネヴィルがこの研究者について言及していたりと、ツァラと決して無関係でない詩人たちがジュスと関係していた。ここから、ジュスの名を直接挙げてこそいないものの、ツァラが彼の理論に触れる機会等があったと仮定し、彼の「リズム」と「身振り」の概念を、これまでの議論に接続できないか検討した。次に言語学に関して、著作『言語学概論』がツァラの書棚におさめられていた、ジョゼフ・ヴァンドリエスを中心に考えを深めた。続いてヴァンドリエスの「情動的言語活動」の議論を「情動的シンタックス」と叙情性の問いへと発展させたミシェル・コローの研究を参照した。それからコローだけでなく、モルポワやラバテ、イヴ・ヴァデやジャン＝クロード・パンソン等、特に90年代以降のフランスで議論されてきた「新しい叙情性」「叙情的主体」の文脈を踏まえてツァラのポエジーを読解しようと試みた。以上の二点を、成果としてまだ公表はできていないものの、博士論文の一部としてまとめた。また、本年度は二件の論文を執筆した。ひとつは30年代中頃のツァラの活動を「秘伝を伝授されたものと先駆者たち」と「社会の中の詩人」の二つのテクストに注目して論じるもので『WASEDA RILAS JOURNAL』に掲載された。もうひとつは前年度に学会で報告したツァラとメショニックのリズムとシンタックスに関するもので、論集への掲載が既に決まっている。
