项目摘要

(1)研究1（やさしい日本語による司法面接）および研究2（通訳を介した司法面接）について日本語中級者のデータ収集をおこなった（羽渕，立部）。研究2の実施に際して，山口県国際交流協会に通訳者の紹介を依頼し，2名の通訳者（L1が日本語でL2が中国語の通訳者1名，L1が中国語でL2が中国語の通訳者1名）を選出した。この2名に対して司法面接研修（半日）をおこなった（羽渕，立部，仲，胡）。その後，得られた日本語中級者の面接音声の文字起こしをおこない，2022年度の後半から，日本語上級者を対象としたやさしい日本語による司法面接のデータ収集をおこなった（羽渕，立部）。平行して，日本心理学会司法面接研究会（代表：仲真紀子）にて，研究協力者である胡政飛氏を講師として迎え，「母語と第二言語での目撃証言の差異および臨時通訳の効果」をテーマに勉強会を開催し，参加者と意見交換をおこなった（羽渕，仲，胡）。また，警察トレーナーを中心とした司法面接フォローアップ研修（金沢大学上宮愛先生主催）や，日本子ども虐待防止学会，法と心理学会などに参加し，協同面接の実績や，組織内教養の取り組み，外国人に対する司法面接の取り組みなどについて情報収集をおこなった（羽渕，仲）。これらの成果は，次年度の研究３につなげるとともに，学会等で発表をおこなう予定である。(2)D.
