项目摘要

日本で注意欠如多動症や自閉スペクトラム症など「発達障害」に関する言葉が、1990年代に入るまで、現在のように頻繁に用いられることや、子どもの性格や行動上の問題に対して「発達障害」という診断名が付与され、論じられることはなかった。しかし、1990年代後半から2000年代にかけて、子どもの問題行動を医療的な問題としてみる視角が確立し、問題を起こした子どもに「発達障害」の診断名が付与されるようになる。特に、2000年代以降、日本の社会的養護を担ってきた児童養護施設において、問題を起こした子どもが注意欠如多動症の診断を受け、向精神薬投与に至っているという事例が増加している。そこで、本研究は児童養護施設において、いつ頃から子どもの問題行動に対して「発達障害」といった医学的診断名が用いられ解釈されるようになったのか、また医療化が進む児童養護施設では、子どもの養育にどのような変化が起きているのかを明らかにすることが目的である。2022年度は、質問紙調査で用いる質問票の作成を進めてきた。そして、作成した質問紙については、研究会で報告し質問文や項目、選択肢の適切性、質問紙全体の構成、さらに文字のサイズや字体などフォーマットに関わる部分まで検討を重ねてきた。こうして質問紙の精選および妥当性の検討を繰り返しおこない、調査に向けて準備を進めてきた。2023年度は、全国の児童養護施設に質問紙を配布し、施設職員は子どもの医療化とどのように向き合ってきたのか明らかにする予定である。

The selection and appropriateness of the inquiry paper are discussed in detail, and the investigation direction is prepared. In 2023, the national child care facilities will be distributed, and the staff will be responsible for the medical treatment of children.
