2022年度はCovid-19の影響により，各施設での新規研究の開始が困難であった．具体的には，回復期リハビリテーション病棟での調査のため，リハビリテーションスタッフの病棟間の移動が困難であったり，対象者がCovid-19に感染した場合にはリハビリテーション自体が中止となるため，プロトコルに沿った研究進捗が不可能であると判断した．また，新規研究のため，研究方法を統一し，評価の信頼性を高めるためには，対面でのリハビリテーションスタッフ全体への丁寧な説明が必要であるが，病院外からの訪問受け入れが困難な病院がほとんどであり，データ収集開始の準備ができなかった．ただし，そのような環境の中でも，オンライン会議システムやe-mailを用い，各施設の代表者への研究説明を実施し，意思疎通を図ってきたため，Covid-19の状況が改善次第，研究開始が可能な状態であった．そして，2023年度より，Covid-19が5類感染症となり，各病院での訪問者の受け入れが緩和された．現在までに，4病院からは対面での説明の許可を得ているので，残りの3病院についても訪問可能な時期が決定次第，説明の準備を進めて行く計画である．約1年間の遅れのため，対面での研究説明を迅速に実施し，リハビリテーションスタッフに研究方法を理解していただいた後にデータ収集を開始する予定である．当初の計画では，2022年度に予備研究，2023年度に本研究の予定であったが，2023年度前半に予備研究，後半からは本研究を実施していく計画へと変更予定である．

About 1 year old, the study shows that it is possible to implement the program quickly. The first half of this study is scheduled for the first half of 2023, and the second half of the study is scheduled for the first half of 2023.
