国は，介護・医療現場における従事者の負担軽減のための介護ロボット導入支援を強化してきた．ロボットが導入されることのメリットは大きい．特に訪問看護を必要とする高齢者・認知症患者の増加や新型コロナウイルス感染症の終息が見えない中，感染症ケアにもロボットの導入は多大な利益をもたらす．反面，医療現場に新たな倫理的課題を生み出すことは間違いない．本研究では，訪問看護に焦点をおき医療介護ロボットが導入されることによって生じる倫理的課題に対し，倫理ガイドラインを作成し有用性について検証することを目的とする．具体的には以下の3つをあげる．1．ロボット導入による訪問看護の倫理的課題の明確化．2．訪問看護倫理ガイドラインの作成．3．訪問看護倫理ガイドラインの有用性の検証2022年度は訪問看護の倫理的課題を明確にすることを目的に取り組んだ。具体的には，文献等から訪問看護師業務の一覧を整理し，質問紙を作成した。質問紙の妥当性を高めるために，在宅看護の専門家や共同研究者たちと内容の検討を繰り返し行った。主な質問紙項目は，訪問看護師の属性，医療ロボットが導入された場合の業務内容についていて，①シェアできるもの，②シフトできるものの回答を求めた。またその際に考えられる倫理的課題の記述を依頼し，その内容をさらにインタビューにより聞き取りを行う予定である。本来，すでに調査を終了している段階ではあるが，コロナ等の影響で，現在，質問紙調査を配布している段階である。また，今回の研究で協力が得られているICTやAIなどの技術を開発している企業の開発者から，現在開発中または活用中の医療介護ロボットに関して実際にどの範囲で代替が可能であるのか，あるいは代替不可能な看護実践はあるかについて情報収集をする．定期的に会議を設け，全員で情報を共有している．
