本研究プロジェクトは、5年で主となる3件の研究（研究①、研究②、研究③とする）ですすめている。2021年(令和3年)度～2022年(令和4年)度に、研究②『一病院における実習指導者への看護倫理および看護過程のインタビュー調査』を実施した。「研究の目的」は、臨地実習指導者のとらえる実習での看護倫理および看護過程の実際を把握することである。研究②は概ね「研究実施計画」の通りに進められた。臨地実習指導者8名を対象に実習での看護倫理および看護過程の実際を半構成的インタビュー調査をした。データをKH Coderを使用して共起ネットワーク、対応分析を作図してクラスターを確認して、テキストマイニングにより分析したものである。研究②は受理されており、今年度9月に北日本看護学会誌に掲載予定である。また、2022年(令和4年)度は本プロジェクトに関連する文献検討を行い、第6回日中韓看護学会で『Consideration of the relationship between Nursing Process and Nursing Ethics : A Review in Japanese books』と題してポスター発表した。看護過程の過去5年の成書9冊の看護倫理に関しての記述を検討した。看護過程に“自律”を明記した成書は9冊中2冊で、そのうち1冊に詳細な記述があった。また、看護のインフォームド・コンセントの内容と思われるものが1冊あった。“自律”以外の記述で看護倫理に関する内容では“個人情報の取り扱い”に関する記述が4冊に詳細に記載されていた。他には態度に関する記載があった。看護過程と看護倫理の関係が明確でない成書が多く、看護倫理を踏まえた記載がもっと必要であると思われた。看護基礎教育で学生に看護過程の指導をする場合、看護倫理を意識した資料作成や指導の配慮が必要である。
