研究計画では、2022年度が研究の１年目であることから、今後研究を進める上で必要なデータの収集期間と位置づけた。本研究では、授業分析及び研究協議の分析、教員によるリフレクションの３つを主な研究方法としていることから、必要なデータは次の通りとなる：(1) 研究対象とした教員の英語授業映像データ、(2) 授業研究協議の録音データ、(3) 授業及び研究協議後の録音データ。最初に、研究対象となる英語教員の確保及び教員の在籍する学校や学校を管轄する教育委員会に協力を要請し、承諾を得る作業を行った。本研究の課題は「地方の小規模校における教科指導ミドルリーダー養成モデルの構築」であり、研究対象となる教員は地方の小規模校に勤務していることが前提となる。しかし、計画段階で研究協力の内諾をいただいていた教員が2022年度に小規模校の範囲を超える規模の学校へ異動したことで、急遽別の教員を探す必要が生じた。研究協力者決定後、上で述べた研究データを集めるために、以下のスケジュールで授業参観参観、授業に関する研究協議、教員へのインタビューを実施した：(1)第１回目の授業参観及び研究協議（対面実施）：6月10日（金）、(2)第１回目のインタビュー（対面実施）：7月1日（金）、(3)教員志望の学生の授業に対する助言の実施：7月下旬、(4)第２回目の授業参観及び研究協議（指導助言担当のうち１名はオンラインでの参加）：9月12日（月）、(5)第２回目のインタビュー（対面実施）：10月7日（金）、(6)第３回目の授業参観及び研究協議（指導助言担当のうち１名はオンラインでの参加）：2月10日（金）、(7)第３回目のインタビュー（対面実施）：2月24日（金）次に、収集したデータのうち、授業映像データについて、後期から学生アルバイトに文字起こしの作業を依頼した。現在は第３回目の授業映像の文字起こしの途中である。

The research project will be completed in the year 2022, and the future research will improve the location of the necessary training stations during the collection period.
