项目摘要

本研究は、産学連携研究におけるデータの取扱いについて、大学と企業との間で締結された契約書を用いた調査を中心に産学連携研究データの利活用メカニズムを明らかにし、新たなデータ利活用モデルを構築することを目的としている。研究課題初年度である2022年度は、既存研究の整理と、本研究全体の予備調査的な位置づけで企業における研究データの取扱いに関するヒアリング調査を実施した。調査は、産学連携研究を実施したことのある企業を対象とし、既存研究を参考に質問項目を設定した半構造化面接法を用いて実施した。その結果、19社に対してヒアリング調査を実施することができた。調査結果は取りまとめ、産と学それぞれの組織の性格の相違によって生じるデータ取扱いにおける課題に着目して分析を行った。分析の結果、主に３つの知見が得られた。第一に、産学連携研究データの取扱いは、共同研究者間のデータの作成方法や目的などの違いにより、①データを大学と企業が一緒に作り出すタイプ、②企業の求めに応じ大学で作り出したデータを企業に提供するタイプ、③大学の既存データを企業に提供するタイプの3種類に分類できる。第二に、医療業界では、他の業界とは異なる方法でデータを取り扱っている。第三に、データの流通機会の拡大に伴って、産学共同研究において、従来の契約形態では対応できないケースが増加している。以上の3点である。分析結果をまとめた論文は、Institute for Innovations in Computer Science and Engineering Research主催の国際会議ICR'23で査読付き論文として採択され、2023年9月に現地（マドリッド）で発表を行う予定である。

The results of the analysis were presented at the ICR'23 International Conference hosted by the Institute for Innovations in Computer Science and Engineering Research. The presentation was scheduled for September 2023.
