项目摘要

大分県では、平成26年から発達障害や虐待など、気になる子どもや保護者への対応について、ソーシャルワークやカウンセリングの視点をもった保育士を養成している。その養成研修の修了者は保育コ―ディネーター（Child Care Coordinator, 以下CCC）という名称で、各保育園等で活動している。各園の施設管理者（園長）から推薦を受けた主任クラスの保育士が、気になる子どもや保護者に積極的に支援を行い、他の専門機関とつなぐこと、園内での連携をはかることなどが求められている。この取り組みは自治体が行う保育士のソーシャルサポートとして、類をみないものであり、2023年現在、750名程度のCCCを輩出している。しかし、これまでその活動実態や導入効果は検証されてこなかったため、研究者は既に調査Ⅰとして、大分県内全保育園等の施設管理者に対する質問紙調査を行い、活動実態や導入効果を検証した。その結果、CCCの活動ぶりは管理職から有意義である点が評価されていた。しかし、他の保育士や園全体に波及効果が及んでいない可能性が示唆されており、この点は制度を改善するための検討事項として重要な視点であると考えられた。調査Ⅰは施設管理者のみに行ったものであり、保育士個人の活動実態や、CCCに対する他の保育士の評価は確かめられていない。そこで、本研究では、調査Ⅱとしてこの点を明らかにするために、大分県内の全保育士（CCCを含む）を対象とした質問紙調査を行うこととした。　2022年度には、質問紙調査の内容を検討し確定させ、各園の常勤保育士の人数を大分県のHPデータを元に算出した。所属先の倫理審査受けた上で、各園（364園）に常勤保育士の想定人数分（予備含む）の調査用紙および返信用封筒（約6000人分）を送付し、1993人からの回答を得ることができた。調査期間は2023年2月1日～2月14日であった。
