責任ある研究活動の推進に向けて重要な役割を担っているのが，研究公正教育である．とりわけここ数年，大学院生(当時)が関与する研究不 正事案が発生しており，大学院生を対象とした研究公正教育の実効性を高めていくことが不可欠である．本研究では，大学院生向けの研 究公正教育プログラムにおいて，知識の理解度にとどまらず，その知識を研究現場で活用するスキル等の熟達度と研究公正に対する意識の変化 を評価するための測定テストを開発することを目的に以下の2点を実施する．①研究公正の熟達度(『スキル』『態度』『振り舞い』を含む)に関して，3段階程度の熟達モデルを解明する．②研究公正 に関する『知識』の獲得の評価だけでなく，公正な研究活動をすすめる上で欠かすことの出来ない『スキル』『態度』『振り舞い』を評価する ための測定テストを①を踏まえて開発する．上記の本研究を進めることで，研究公正教育プログラムの学修効果を評価し，その質の向上に寄 与することを目指す.2022年度においては，①研究公正教育の熟達度モデルの解明:研究公正に対して学修者らがどのように教育プログラムを通して熟達していくのかを3段階程度の熟達度モデルを設定することを目的に，各段階に対して『スキル』『態度』『振り舞い』の観点からルーブリックを作成を行うことでその検討を行った．さらに，学修者の記述回答内容から研究公正に関する『スキル』『態度』『振り舞い』を評価するためのシナリオを作成，このルーブリック評価に対応についての検討を行った．また，質問紙用いた大学院生の研究公正に関する意識調査をおこなうことで，熟達度モデル検討にあたっての基礎データの収集を行った．2023年度はこれらの分析・検討をすすめ，モデルやシナリオの改善を行う．
