项目摘要

近年，コミュニティ・スクール（CS）制度をはじめとする，保護者や地域住民が学校教育活動に積極的に参加する「地域連携」の取り組みが小中学校を中心に広がっているものの，その効果についての実証的な知見は乏しい。本研究は，地域連携活動に携わる教師，保護者，地域住民相互の連携に注目し，地域連携がもたらす効果について実証的に明らかにすることを目的とする。令和4年度は，CSの活動に従事している保護者，地域住民，教師を対象に実施した面接調査から得たデータに基づき，当事者たちの地域連携活動に対する認識の変容過程を分析した。グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いた分析によって，地域連携活動に参加した当初は消極的であった当事者の認識が肯定的なものに変化するまでのプロセスが描かれた。また，教師評定による地域連携におけるチームワーク尺度の短縮版の作成にも取り組んだ。我々はこれまでに，教師のチームワークが社会的目標構造を介して学習動機づけおよび学級適応感に及ぼす影響を検証している (吉田他, 2022)。ただし，吉田他 (2022) が用いた尺度はもともと保護者による評定を想定して作成されており，先行研究とは異なる因子構造が見られたうえ，元の項目は31項目とやや項目数が多く，教師にとって回答が負担となる懸念がある。そこで，教師評定による地域連携におけるチームワーク尺度の短縮版を作成し，その信頼性と基準関連妥当性を検証した。担任学級を持つ20歳代から50歳代の公立小・中学校の教員を対象にweb調査によって収集したデータの分析から，教員間の連携，管理職のリーダーシップ，学校と地域の連携という3因子構造および信頼性が確認された。そして教師集団としての集団同一視，職場風土認知，保護者・地域住民への信頼および教員のアンカーポイント活動への積極性との関連から，一定の基準関連妥当性が確認された。
