项目摘要

第一に、2003年衆院選後から2017年衆院選前までを対象に、どのような属性の衆議院議員が外務委員会や安全保障委員会で活動しているかを検証した。この研究は、博士課程で取り組んでいたテーマの延長であるが、地方議会議員の行動を検証する本研究課題の土台にするべく、国会議員の行動について理論を整理しようとしたものである。分析の結果、(1) 2012年衆院選以降の自民党は、右派的な議員ほど外務委員会や安全保障委員会で活動していること、(2) 2014年衆院選以降の民主党（民進党）は対照的に、左派的な議員ほど同委員会で活動していることを確認した。この成果は、2022年度日本選挙学会で報告した。第二に、北海道・東京都・大阪府・沖縄県に住む市民を対象に、外交・安全保障観に関するインターネット調査を実施した。この調査では、沖縄県における中国公船の脅威を伝えるグループ、北海道におけるロシア空軍の脅威を伝えるグループ、何も情報を与えないグループのいずれかに無作為に割り当てるサーベイ実験を組み込んだ。分析の結果、(1) 沖縄県でのみ、地域愛の弱い人ほど右派的な対外政策に賛同すること、(2) 中国公船の脅威を伝えたとき、沖縄県でのみ政治態度が右傾化したこと、(3) ロシア空軍の脅威を伝えることは、全地域において市民の政治態度に影響しないことを確認した。第三に、本研究課題で重要な役割を予定しているインターネット調査の妥当性を、無作為抽出法に基づく郵送調査との比較を通じて検証した。分析の結果、(1) 回答の分布や平均値はインターネット調査と無作為抽出調査で異なるものの、(2) 変数間の相関関係は調査手法に依らず頑健に再現されることを確認した。この成果は、日本選挙学会が編集する『選挙研究』に査読付き論文として掲載される予定である。

The results of the analysis, (1) Okinawa Prefecture, regional love, weak people, right-wing foreign policy approval, (2) The threat of Chinese public ships, the political attitude of Okinawa has shifted to the right, (3) The threat of the Japanese Air Force has been confirmed, and the influence of the political attitude of citizens in the entire region has been confirmed. Third, the important issues of this research include the validity of the predetermined survey and the comparison of the inaction extraction method and the postal survey. Analysis results, (1) Answer distribution, mean value, survey, and inaction extraction survey, (2) The investigation techniques for the correlation between the several relationships are based on the firmness and reproducibility of the investigation and confirmation.
