项目摘要

コンピューター機材を利用した英語教育を展開するために、英詩理解を促す設問形式を考案しながら次の角度から考案を深めた。1.どのような質問形式が相応しいかを検討するために、設問形式の内容をPersonal-response QuestionとReader-response Questionとに分けて考察した。2.次に文学テキストを読み終えた後で、学生自身に設問を考案する作業を課してみた。以上の研究は『英詩理解のための設問形式に関する研究』としてまとめられた。上記の研究の成果を踏まえ、設問のついた英詩作品をホームページに収録し、広く一般に公開している。(http://www.s01.ipcs.shizuoka.ac.jp/〜ekmhaya参照)。このファイルは情報教育センター演習室で、一般学生が受信して授業の一貫として利用することができる。これに対して、各方面から詩を読んだ感想がe-mailで返送されてきており、設問作成改善の資料として役に立っている。たとえば、回答の中の、マライア・キャリーの「ヒ-ロ-」を取り上げてほしいという声を受けて設問を作成してみた。その回答の中には、「勇気づけられた」とか、「なやみを乗り越えられる自信がわいてきた」といった感想が少なからず見受けられた。設問形式の講読法は、通常の授業形態では聞くことができない学生の生の声をフィードバックすることが可能であり、学生との間にインターアクティヴな関係が生まれて、授業に生気を与えることができる。
