Using the multiple methods such as interview, focus group and survey developed this research. Data was mainly obtained from 641 psychiatric nurse and analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis. Also the result of statistical analysis was validated by the focus group and expects of psychiatric nursing research.From this research, psychiatric nursing intervention are consisted in [base for nursing helping- relationship] and [nursing orientation]. Base for nursing helping relationship also consisted in 2 nursing attitude such as "Concern" and "Respect the patient will". Psychiatric Nursed activates 4 nursing orientation, which are consisted 18 nursing activities, and which are consisted 74 nursing actions.Nursing Orientation are [Expansion and Strengthen][Guidance][Protection], and [Relief]. [Expansion and Strength] is constituted by 7 nursing activities to promote "Self-control", "Social Role", "Reality Examination", "Continuity", "Imagination", "Motivation", and "Connection". [Guidance] is constituted by 6 nursing activities to promote "Education", "Enforce", "Communication", "Contract", "Caught the chance", and "Indication". [Protection] is constituted by 3 nursing activities such as "Supplement", "Coordination for protection", and "Set limitation". [Relief] is constituted by 2 nursing activities to provide "enjoyment" and "Peace and Relax".
本研究采用访谈、焦点小组、调查等多种方法开展。数据主要来自641名精神科护士,并通过描述性统计分析和因子分析进行分析。统计分析的结果也得到了焦点小组的验证和对精神科护理研究的期待。从本研究来看,精神科护理干预主要分为【护理帮助关系基础】和【护理导向】两部分。护理帮助关系的基础还包括“关心”和“尊重病人意愿”两种护理态度。精神科护理启动4个护理方向,由18项护理活动组成,由74项护理动作组成。护理方向为【拓展强化】【引导】【保护】【救助】。 【拓展与强化】由7项护理活动组成,促进“自我控制”、“社会角色”、“现实检验”、“连续性”、“想象力”、“动机”和“联系”。 【指导】由“教育”、“执行”、“沟通”、“契约”、“抓住机会”、“指示”六项护理活动组成。 【保护】由“补充”、“保护协调”、“设定限制”等3项护理活动构成。 [舒缓]由提供“享受”和“平静与放松”的2项护理活动组成。
