The purpose of this research is to identify nursing intervention for supporting patients decision making,Research methods were 1) descriptive method by open questions about nursing situation supporting patients desicion making and 2) structured-questionnaire method.Result :1) In supporting patients decision making, *Sustain oneself* *Maintain own daily living* *Coming out one's ability* *Search for hope* *Reserve of power to reorganize* were valued by nurse.2) The following five internal effort among nurses in supporting patients decision making were identified : a) Trust patients power, b) Establish the caring relathinship, c) Control oneself, d) Explore the best choice for the patient.3) The nursing strategy to support and empower patient had contracted by "Facilitating patient's ability for decision making" and "Gathering nursing approach for decision making".Facilitation patient ability for decision making were constructed by 'being with ' 'protect' 'sustain' 'assure' 'arrange' 'assist' 'expand' 'guide' 'bring out'.Gathering nursing approach for decision making were constructed by 'comprehense' 'judge' 'explore the direction of nursing approach ' 'forming nursing care system'.

本研究旨在探讨护理干预对患者决策的支持作用，研究方法为：(1)采用开放式问题描述法对患者决策的护理情况进行描述；(2)采用结构化问卷法。结果：1)在支持患者决策方面，护士最重视的是*维持自己* *维持自己的日常生活* *发挥自己的能力* *寻找希望* *储备重组的力量*。2)护士支持患者决策的五种内部努力：a)信任患者的权力，b)建立关怀关系，c)控制自己，d)为患者探索最佳选择。(3)支持和赋权患者的护理策略为“促进患者决策能力”和“收集决策护理方法”。促进患者决策能力的构建由“与”、“保护”、“维持”、“保证”、“安排”、“协助”、“拓展”、“引导”、“带出”四个方面构成。通过“理解”、“判断”、“探索护理方法方向”、“形成护理体系”构建护理方法决策。
