英文摘要
In the present study, we intended to evaluate the mechanism of stress reaction in the central nervous system and effects of stress on immune function. Results obtained in the present investigations are as follows ;1. Mechanism of stress reaction in the central nervous system1) We determined different exercise intensities with the anaerobic threshold (AT) as the standard on electroencephalograph and heart rate variability. The results suggest that exercise intensity 20% less than one's AT level has good effects on one's health.2) We determined combined effects of city noise and the luminance of computer display on human subjects. The results showed high luminance with noise had the greatest effects on subjective fatigue and mental activities.2. Effects of stress on immune function1) We determined the effects of physical stress on immune function in rats. The results indicate that the effect of stress on immune function depends on the intensity of stress.2) We determined zinc concentrations in leukocytes of healthy subjects and patients with NIDDM, one of stress related diseases. There was a significant difference in the zinc concentrations of leukocytes between healthy subjects and patients with NIDDM.
