项目摘要

対象児は聾学校幼稚部在籍児であり、3年間で計44名を対象とした。第1回から第6回調査の結果から3課題の関係を見ると、4歳代にまず音韻分解の正答率が急激に伸び、それを追うようにして4歳代後半から指文字表出課題、かな単語書字課題の正答率が上昇した。指文字表出課題の方が音韻分解課題よりも先に発達したものはおらず、かな単語書字につながる力の発達として、初めに音韻意識を育てる重要性が示唆された。また、音韻意識の発達に課題が見られた2事例について継続的介入指導を行った。a児は人工内耳を装用し、聴覚活用をしているが、指文字表出課題、かな単語書字課題に困難を示していた。リズム意識や音韻を意識した発音への指導、ブロックを活用した単語の音読、語彙のネットワーク作りへの指導を行った。指導場面であれば自身の発音に留意したり、ブロックなどの視覚的ヒントを手掛かりにスムーズに音読したりすることができた。しかし介入頻度が月1回のみであり、十分な凡化にまでは至れなかった。語彙については、どのように思考を広げていけばよいのかの方略がわかったようで、後半から大きな伸びが見られた。b児も聴覚活用をし、指文字表出課題、かな単語書字課題に困難を示していた。また、注意集中にも課題があるようだった。介入前に見られた特殊音節の書き誤りは介入開始時には見られなくなっていた。自分の言いたいことを相手に適切につたえることをねらいに、5W1Hのカードやワークシートを活用してキーワード、文章を整理した。何を答えればよいかの枠組みがあるとスムーズに答えることができるようになった。集中時間が短いため、一つの課題時間を短く設定する、体を動かす活動を挟む、予定表で見通しを持たせるなどの工夫も行った。視覚処理にも課題がある様子が見られ、保護者と連携して今後医療からの知見も参考とする計画になっている。
