英文摘要
This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. Compare with placebo the effect of ethyl-eicospaentaenoic acid an omega-3 fatty acid, on the Total Motor Score component (TMS) of the Unified Huntington's Disease Rating scale over a 6 month period of observation. Compare with placebo the effect of ethyl-EPA over a 6 month period of observation on chorea, the TMS and the clinical global impression score.
