PHASE I PK STUDY OF BMS-247550 IN ADVANCED MALIGNANCIES AND LIVER DYSFUNCTION

(Clinical trial summary from the National Cancer Institute's PDQ¿ database) Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. This is a Phase I trial to study the effectiveness of BMS-247550 in treating patients who have advanced solid tumors or lymphomas and liver dysfunction. Patients will receive a 3-hour infusion of BMS-247550 every 3 weeks. Treatment may continue for as long as benefit is shown. Patients will be evaluated periodically for 1 month.
