英文摘要
This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The goal of the study is to see if brain function becomes activated (as evidenced by PET scans) while viewing a video of people involved in drug use and drug-related behavior and whether those activations show an increase when subjects are challenged with methylphenidate compared to when they are not. The researchers will compare those responses to that of when subjects watch a video of neutral scenes under similar conditions.
