The Administrative Core will support all of the core administrative functions for the Center. Major activities of the Administrative Core include scheduling of all Center-related meetings and coordination of communication among Center PI's and Core PI's. The Core will prepare monthly budget reports for each Project and Core, will keep all Center-related records including personnel, trainee and ordering. The Core will also provide administrative support for IRB submissions and will keep track of all IRB protocols for all Center projects. The Core will also assist with the various Center-related activities on campus that provide a major training function for graduate students, post-docs and junior faculty. The Core will provide travel funds to support trainee travel to scientific meetings. The Core will also arrange and coordinate the yearly meeting with the External Advisory Board.
