Purpose: This study was designed to learn more about potential mechanisms of drug-induced cellular injury. Human lymphocytes from healthy volunteers will be obtained. In-vitro experiments will be carried out in peripheral lymphocytes to assess intra-subject and inter-subject variability in sensitivity to acetaminophen toxicity.
