英文摘要
This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. SPECIFIC AIMS: To ascertain the safety and tolerability of combined treatment with Bortezomib + Ganciclovir in patients with relapsed or refractory EBV+ lymphomas. Also, we hope to assess the ability of Bortezomib to induce lytic gene expression in EBV-infected lymphoma cells and to assess a possible anti-tumor effect of combined Bortezomib/Ganciclovir in EBV+ lymphomas (within the context of a pilot study).
