SPECIFIC AIMS: To ascertain the safety and tolerability of combined treatment with Bortezomib + Ganciclovir in patients with relapsed or refractory EBV+ lymphomas. Also, we hope to assess the ability of Bortezomib to induce lytic gene expression in EBV-infected lymphoma cells and to assess a possible anti-tumor effect of combined Bortezomib/Ganciclovir in EBV+ lymphomas (within the context of a pilot study).
