We propose to build a stereoscopic-gaze contingent display system that integrates a high-speed, precision eye tracker into a short-latency stereoscopic display system. Real-time gaze contingent displays reactively change the displayed images depending on where a subject is looking. This requires online estimation of the user's eye position and point of regard in the scene and real-time interactive computer graphics. The proposed system will support state of the art research in stereoscopic vision, virtual reality and human computer interaction in virtual environments.
