英文摘要
The problem of chip-to-chip communication obtained recently a lot of attention. The purpose of this research is to investigate possible using for these purposes oscillators and oscillating systems with integrated transformers. The expected results will be particularly useful for wireless testing when the command to start testing is transmitted from a tester chip to the chip under test and then the information on testing results returns back to the tester.
