项目摘要
High speed centrifugation is an essential part of many biochemistry and cell biology experiments. It is used during purification of cells from cell culture, to isolate organelles from cell lysates by either velocity or density gradient protocols, and for the purification of macromolecules such as DNA and protein. Our institute purchased two centrifuges twenty years ago, and both been in constant use. This application is aimed at replacing one of these centrifuges that no longer functions as well as our centrifuge rotors which have all been either degraded or retired due to age and frequent use.
